Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods such as launches, restocks or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available for all regions we ship to. Simply select the express option at checkout. During peak periods or busy launch weeks, we recommend choosing Express for the fastest delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear

Authority to Leave (ATL)

All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. If you are not home, your parcel may be left in a safe location. Once marked “Delivered,” Forward & Tame is not liable for lost, stolen or uncollected items. If you prefer your parcel not be left unattended, you can update your delivery preferences via MyPost or your local carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Forward & Tame is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays & Liability

Once lodged with Australia Post or an international carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Forward & Tame is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather events, public holidays or peak seasonal demand. If your parcel is significantly delayed or missing, contact us at sales@forwardandtame.com.au and we will assist in lodging an enquiry.

International Customs & Duties

International orders may incur customs fees, duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-Orders

“Dispatch by” dates for pre-order items are estimates. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once pre-order stock comes in unless otherwise stated.
