We aim to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen and settings. Product descriptions may change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue items at any time.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once accepted and payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason (including stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud).
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is successful. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice. Posted prices do not include shipping, handling, or any applicable taxes/duties.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment details. By submitting your order, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, Afterpay, and other payment options shown at checkout.
4.1 Currency Selection
Our store supports multiple currencies. You can select your preferred currency using the currency selector at the top of our website.
All product prices, shipping costs, and checkout payments will be processed in the currency you select. The final amount charged to your payment method will match the currency displayed at checkout.
Please note that your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or additional international processing fees. These charges are not controlled by Forward & Tame and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method and are provided as guidelines only. During busy periods or due to carrier or customs delays, delivery may take longer than expected.
Once your order has been dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, and you will receive tracking details where available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For full details on shipping timeframes and options, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
International shipping to additional regions may be offered in the future. Any updates will be reflected in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. As a small brand, we kindly ask customers to choose carefully when selecting styles and sizes.
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
In most cases, we may request the item to be returned for assessment before a repair, replacement, or refund is issued. Forward & Tame will cover the return shipping cost for approved faulty claims.
Normal wear and tear, fading, or changes in appearance due to improper care, water exposure, chemicals, or friction are not considered faults.

All content on this site – including jewellery designs, logos, text, images, and graphics – belongs to Forward & Tame or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
